A series of overnight smash and grabs struck at Target stores in metro Detroit.
Targeted stores included Allen Park, Dearborn, and Woodhaven.
Allen Park Police tell WWJ four or five suspects smashed the glass doors of the Target store on Fairlane -- near Southfield and Oakwood Boulevard -- around 2:30 a.m. Monday.
The thieves went immediately to the electronics section of the store where they grabbed everything they could before running out and disappearing. Official say they wore hoodies and drove off in a silver Dodge Durango or SUV. The break-ins remain under investigation.
