BIRMINGHAM (WWJ) - A couple of Macomb County residents are expected in court after they were caught cavorting in the buff in Birmingham.
The pair, identified as a 24-year-old Clinton Township man and a 25-year-old Sterling Heights woman, was discovered by a Birmingham police office in a parking lot at 200 Martin Street, in downtown Birmingham, at around 12:15 a.m. on August 1.
According to police, the cop saw a vehicle running while parked in a spot marked for "municipal vehicles only" near the Birmingham Police Department.
He approached the vehicle and noticed the rear windows were fogged up. Inside, police said, the officer discovered an "undressed" man and woman.
They were issued citations for disorderly conduct and given a court date. No further details, including their names, were released.
