(WWJ) A Michigan man is set to appear in court today after grabbing shopping carts at a grocery store and saying he has the coronavirus.
Police say Jonathan David Asher-Miracle was inside a Kroger store inside Genessee County, near Flint, when he started "pushing around shopping carts while stating he had the coronavirus."
Miracle is also accused of kissing the window of a police vehicle on Friday.
He was charged with malicious destruction of property, and falsely threatening people with a harmful substance.
So, was he lying? Police say he hasn't been tested because he shows no symptons of the deadly and mysterious coronavirus sweeping across the country and the state.
