WOODHAVEN, Mich. (WWJ) -- A Temperance man is facing 50 felony counts for allegedly recording numerous men with his cell phone while they urinated in a bathroom bowling alley.

Michigan State Police arrested 36-year-old Ryan Dustin Gaynier in Monroe on Wednesday morning.

Authorities say back in December a man called police to report that another man, Gaynier, had been taking photos and videos of him while he urinated in the bathroom at Woodhaven Lanes. Police located Gaynier and seized his phone back in the winter and a forensic examination of the phone showed more than 150 video clips of various men using the bathroom at the bowling alley.

Police had tried to contact Gaynier repeatedly after his phone had been seized in an attempt to interview him.

Gaynier was arraigned in 33rd District Court Wednesday on 50 felony counts -- 25 counts each of voyeurism and computer crimes, which are both four-year felonies.

Gaynier was reportedly a former employee of a poker room at the bowling alley.

His arrest comes just weeks after a similar bathroom incident in which a tiny camera was found inside a Starbucks bathroom in Allen Park.
