DETROIT (WWJ) - A Detroit-based project, officially launching this weekend, is aimed at addressing society's misconceptions about black women. The book and television show called Black, Beautiful, Brilliant (BBB) is meant to confront stereotypes. WWJ's Michael Cohen spoke with BBB Executive Producer Tonya Shirelle.
