(WWJ) - Most of the remaining Kmart stores in Michigan will be closing their doors.
The retailer announced that eight of the 11 remaining locations scattered across the state will close before the end of the year.
The stores remaining open are in Warren, Waterford and Marshall.
The closures are among nearly 100 others across the country.
Liquidation sales are expected to begin in mid-September.
