(WWJ) Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden is in Grand Rapids Friday afternoon, speaking on the economy.
However; the President's COVID-19 diagnosis also took center stage.

In a tweet Friday morning; the former vice president, 77, announced that he and his wife, Dr. Jill Biden, tested negative for the coronavirus.
"I got two COVID tests this morning, one in Delaware, one by the former White House doctor who came up," Biden said during his speech.
He said he hoped the President's diagnosis serves as a wake-up call.
"We have to take this virus seriously. It is not going away automatically. We have to do our part to be responsible. It means following the science, listening to the experts, washing our hands, social distancing," Biden said.
Biden was introduced by a union grocery store worker.
This is the second time Biden has come to Michigan recently. He visited the UAW Hall in Warren about a month ago.
Michigan is viewed as a key battleground state. The Detroit Free Press reports President Trump won Michigan by just over 10,700 votes in 2016.
Biden wore a mask for the entirety of his speech.
