(WWJ) The search is on for a pair of suspects wanted for a suspected armed robbery at a Royal Oak Township hotel.
Michigan State Police say two men threatened the night clerk at the Baymont Inn with what she thought was a gun. This happened in the area of 8 Mile and Meyers Road at 5:10 am Saturday.
She emptied the cash register and gave the money to them, according to police. The men ran away south of 8 Mile Rd.
No injuries were reported. The amount of money they walked away with was not disclosed.
State Police tell WWJ the first suspect is described as a middle-aged African American man who walks with a limp. He was last seen wearing a gray hoodie, black pants, black shoes, and black Rocawear ballcap with camouflaged brim, royal blue mask with black pistol.
The second suspect is described as a thin, African American man with lighter skin. He was seen wearing jeans, black and white shoes and a long white t-shirt.
