DETROIT (WWJ) -- Police are asking for the public's help in locating an elderly Detroit man who went missing from the city's north side.
Police say 70-year-old Vann Horn was last seen by his caregiver around 9:40 a.m. Thursday in the 2000 block of Ford Street. Horn left the location and has not returned. Police said the facility is concerned for his safety.
Horn is in good physical but has poor mental condition, according to police.
Police described Horn as a 70-year-old black male with dark brown complexion. He was last seen wearing a black shirt and black pants.
