FLINT (WWJ/AP) - A former Michigan high school gym teacher accused of recording video of a naked teen girl at a tanning salon has pleaded guilty to one charge in the case.

Emmendorfer, who worked at Davison High School in Davison, was charged following the incident at Tropi Tan in Clio last April.
Genesee County Sheriff Robert Pickell said Emmendorfer was found in a room next to the 14-year-old victim, who'd noticed something suspicious.
"She told us that she was nude, completely undressed, in tanning room nine and she looked up and she saw an iPhone hanging over the cubicle wall," Pickell told WWJ's Beth Fisher. "And she saw it had a light on it, and it had an orange backing to it."
The teen told her mother, who called 911, and Emmendorfer was arrested at the scene.
Authorities confiscated Emmendorfer's phone, which sheriff's investigators said had a distinctive backing that matched the one described by the teen.
Emmendorfer was later fired from his teaching job.
Clio is located within Vienna Township, in the Flint metro area.
