DETROIT (WWJ) - A neighbor dispute led to a shooting and armed standoff on Detroit's west side overnight.

The situation began around 10:15 p.m. Friday when police say the suspect started firing shots at a neighbor's car.

When officers responded to the scene, on Faust Street near Evergreen and Warren, the suspect barricaded himself inside his home and refused to come out.

The standoff was eventually resolved around midnight. No injuries were reported.

The incident remains under investigation. Charges are pending.
