(WWJ) Detroit police are trying to find a teen who left home after an argument with her mother.
Police say Akiya Grandberry's mother last saw her during the argument at the house around 11 p.m. Sunday. No location was given for the house.
Akiya, 16, is described as 5'6" and 130 lbs. She has long brown braids in her hair. She was last seen wearing shorts and a white sweatshirt with the words Happy Birthday Dee Dee and a picture on the front of it.
Family says Akiya is in good physical and mental health.
