(WWJ) Three men are facing charges following the bust of what authorities call an illegal underground rave club in downtown Pontiac.

The Oakland County Sheriff's Office says the Oakland County Narcotic Enforcement Team last week got a search warrant to enter the club, operating at 125 N. Saginaw Saginaw Street and discovered cocaine in plain view. Upon further investigation, detectives also discovered one gram of cocaine, a 12-gauge Mossberg shotgun in a guitar case, processing materials including acetone, sifters, packaging materials, and vials.

This business known as the Uptown Music Club does not have a business license to operate either. It was confirmed this venue hosted a rave party on August 16, according to Sheriff Mike Bouchard.

At a Pontiac home connected to the case, OCSO detectives allegedly uncovered 124.9 grams of cocaine and118.9 grams of ketamine. They also found 6.6 grams of cocaine in a truck belonging to the homeowner, safes containing cocaine, ketamine, scales, processing materials including mixers and presses, cutting agents, packaging material and $7,555.

Also while at the residence, in 30 block of Dakota Street, two arctic foxes were discovered in the backyard. They were turned over to Oakland County Animal Control.

Three men were arrested.

"With overdoses still on the rise especially with cocaine, I am proud of our Detectives from NET for bringing both their illegal drug dealing and illegal club to an end," said Bouchard, in a statement. "Drugs have no boundaries and these dealers surely had an impact on all communities throughout the county. Hopefully, their boundaries will soon be within the confines of a jail cell for their actions."
