WARREN (WWJ) - An argument over a dog led to a shooting and multiple arrests in Warren, according to police.
Warren Police Commissioner Bill Dwyer said five people were taken into custody following the incident that began at the Twin Pines Mobile Home Park, in the area of 11 Mile Rd. and the I-696 Service Drive, late Monday morning.
Dwyer said that there were around 14 shots fired, but no one was hit or injured and there is no danger to the public.
Several tipsters called WWJ Newsradio 950 to report a large police presence in the area.
Police said those in custody include three men and two women.
Further details, including the suspects' name and other circumstances surrounding the shooting remain unclear as the investigation continues.
