
DETROIT (WWJ) - Students and teachers across Metro Detroit are getting another snow day.
More than 500 schools are closed Thursday — including all public schools in Monroe, Livingston, Lapeer and St. Clair counties.

Nearly 700 schools were closed Wednesday as a snowstorm hit the area.
The snow is over for now, but temperatures Thursday are only expected to reach the mid 20s. Gusty winds will also produce wind chills in the single digits.
