(WWJ) A Taylor man is in custody accused of shooting his adult son.
Taylor Police say officers found Fredrick Williams, 52, on the front lawn of his home with his son, 28, who was suffering from a gunshot wound. It happened Thursday morning, around 9 am, on Myler near Bailey St.
Police tell WWJ they believe an argument between the father and son turned violent.
Williams was hit with a long list of charges including: Assault with Intent to Do Great Bodily Harm, Felonious Assault, Careless Discharge of a Weapon and two counts of Felony Firearm.
His son is hospitalized. No word on his condition. Williams is expected to be arraigned on Saturday in Romulus.
