(WWJ) Can you identify this wanted man?
Dearborn police are asking for tips from the public to ID and locate a supect who stole cell phones from a kiosk inside the Dearborn Fresh Supermarket on Sept. 8.
Police said "numerous" phones were taken during the theft that was caught on surveilence camera, at around 7 p.m. Sunday, at the store at 13661 Colson, near Schaefer Rd. and Michigan Ave., in Dearborn.
The suspect, who is wanted on larceny charges, appears to be a white male with thinning brown hair. He was wearing a white t-shirt, black shorts, black clog-style shoes with white socks, and a black facemask.
"It is important that anyone able to identify this individual contact the Dearborn Police Department," said Dearborn Police Chief Ronald Haddad in a statement released along with video of the incident on Tuesday. "Crimes of this nature have an adverse impact on not only the retailers, but our community as well."
