(WWJ) A Detroit family is pleading for the safe return of a missing teen girl.
Detroit Police say Laniya Banford, 15, was last seen Wednesday around 7:30 pm at her home on Rowe Street near Bringard Drive. She hasn’t been seen or heard from since.
Banford vanished wearing a pink, black and white jersey with a number on the front, blue stonewashed jeans and pink and white Jordan gym shoes; according to a press release. She is described as 5’3” and 130 lbs.
Police tell WWJ she is in good physical and mental condition.
