(WWJ) Police in Westland are investigating a crash that claimed the life of one driver.
Two cars and a semi-truck collided along Van Born between Inkster and Middlebelt early this morning. The driver of one of the cars was taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries in serious condition, but later died. There's no word on any other injuries.
Police say early investigation suggests the other two drivers were not at-fault -- and that alcohol may have been a factor.
