PONTIAC (WWJ) - A man wanted for murder in Pontiac has been arrested.
According to the Oakland County Sheriff's Office, 29-year-old Keandre Kevon Seay, 29, is a suspect in a homicide on Saturday, June 29, around 11:45 p.m.
Detectives from the Oakland County Sheriff's Fugitive Apprehension Team and Federal Marshals took him into custody in Detroit without incident, Tuesday morning.
According to sheriff's investigators, Seay and a woman were arguing while standing outside a home on Newman Lane. Witnesses reported Seay had been yelling at the woman when his aggression turned toward a man who was sitting in vehicle parked nearby.
Seay begin arguing with the man, witnesses said, before shooting him as he still sat in the vehicle. He then fled the scene.
The victim, identified as a 40-year-old Pontiac man, was take by EMS to McLaren Hospital - Oakland where was pronounced dead.
