
WAYNE COUNTY, Mich. (WWJ) -- A vehicle fire that left a stretch of southbound I-275 in Wayne County closed Thursday night has been cleared.
The Interstate re-opened around 9 p.m. Thursday after a five-hour closure. The fire left all lanes closed between Michigan Avenue and I-94 north of Romulus.
Multiple WWJ Traffic tipsters reported the vehicle was a camper or motorcoach that was pulling a pick-up truck.
Authorities have not released information on what led to the fire or whether there were any injuries.
