ANN ARBOR (WWJ) - A 23-year-old Ann Arbor woman involved in a wrong-way crash on M-14 that left her and two others dead was beyond "super drunk."

Samantha Winchester died Memorial Day weekend after her car crashed into another car that had a family of four, including Howard Moore who was an assistant coach for the University of Wisconsin basketball team.

Toxicology reports obtained by The Detroit News show that Winchester's blood alcohol level was .207 -- more than 2.5 times the legal limit and far surpassing the state's "super drunk" level of .17.

Winchester had been working at a country club shortly before the crash, which happened around 2 a.m. on May 25 on eastbound M-14 near Ford Road.

Moore's 9-year-old daughter, Jaidyn, was pronounced dead at the scene and his 46-year-old wife, Jennifer later died at a hospital. Moore, 46, and his son, 13-year-old Jerell, sustained non-life threatening injuries in the crash. The family was in the area to visit relatives; Jennifer Moore is a Detroit native.

Winchester was also pronounced dead at the scene.

Moore, who hasn't posted on Twitter since the day before the accident, shared a sweet message for his wife on Mother's Day along with pictures of their children.
