13-year-old Oakland County runaway has been found and is back with her family, police say

ROSE TOWNSHIP (WWJ) -- Michigan State Police say a 13-year-old girl who was the subject of an Endangered Missing Advisory is back home safe.

Skye-Lynn Juhala was reported missing around 7:15 p.m. Friday from her home on Davisburg near Dixie Highway in Rose Township, near Holly.

Her father said she walked away earlier in the day and did not return, according to MSP.

In an update issued by the MSP Second District on Tuesday, police said the teen has been located and is back with her family, adding: "Thanks to everyone who looked for her and the media for sharing the Endangered Missing Advisory."

Police did say where Juhala was located, and no further information was released.
