DETROIT (WWJ) -- Two young men are facing charges in connection with a robbery and shooting outside a Detroit nightclub.
Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy announced its case against 21-year=old Alveon Roosevelt Kindle of Clinton Township, and 23-year-old Paul Monyee Kindle of Southfield, following the incident early last Monday morning.
According to prosecutors, the victim — a 27-year-old Detroit man — was in front of a nightclub in the 1500 block of Woodward Ave. near Adams at 12:30 a.m. on April 28 when the defendants robbed him of his necklace.
When he tried to get the necklace back, it's alleged that Alveon Kindle fired a handgun multiple times, wounding the victim.
Both suspects fled the scene, officials said, but were arrested a short time later by Southfield Police.
The victim was taken by EMS to a local hospital where he was treated for his gunshot wounds and survived.

Paul Kindle is charged with Armed Robbery, Possession of a Firearm by a Prohibited Person, and two counts of Felony Firearm.
Both were arraigned in 36th District Court on Thursday afternoon and remanded to jail without bond.
They'll next be back in court for a Probable Cause Conference is scheduled for May 14.
