LIVONIA (WWJ) -- It's not yet clear if any charges will be filed in connection with a deadly motorcycle crash in Livonia Wednesday night.
According to Livonia Police, a 27-year old Livonia man was riding a motorcycle southbound on Middlebelt Rd., south of Five Mile Rd, at around 9:30 p.m. when he was hit by a car.
Police said the car was being driven by a 19-year-old Livonia woman headed north on Middlebelt when she turned in front of the motorcycle, on the way to her home on Barclay.
The motorcyclist taken to a local hospital, where he later died of his injuries.
Police said alcohol was not a factor in the crash, when remained under investigation on Thursday.
No names were released.
