
(WWJ) Three young men are behind bars after they appeared in court to face charges in an armed robbery in Sterling Heights.
Police said the trio held a teenage victim at gunpoint outside the Walmart store and Van Dyke Ave. and 14 Mile Rd. on Monday.

According to investigators, the teen met up with the group, just before 3 p.m., to sell them some high-end clothing. But, instead of paying for the items, the robbers took the victim's cellphone, cash and credit cards.
No injuries were reported.
The suspects then fled into Warren, police said, where officers spotted the suspect vehicle and gave chase on Ryan Rd.
The pursuit ended when the suspects crashed fence along I-696 at 11 Mile and Dequindre roads.
Police said four people in the vehicle got out and tried to get away, running across the freeway. All four were arrested after a short foot pursuit.
The following suspects were arraigned Thursday:
Keyedrick Ramone Marr, 18, is charged with Armed Robbery and Felony Firearm. He's being held in the Macomb County Jail on a $75,000 cash or surety bond. Apparently, he was allegedly the one holding the gun.
Frederick Karee Marr, 19, charged with Armed Robbery. He's also being held on a $75,000 cash or surety bond.
Raheem Cavon Dixon, 19, is charged with Armed Robbery. He's being held on a $50,000 cash our surety bond.
No charges were announced against the fourth person, whom police said is a juvenile.
The investigation is ongoing.
