1. Plymouth Art In The Park

Friday-Sunday, July 11-13

Downtown Plymouth

Celebrating its 45th year, Plymouth Art In The Park is growing into Michigan’s second largest art fair, with more than 400 artists from 31 states and Canada, transforming the streets of Downtown Plymouth into a vibrant outdoor art gallery. You'll find paintings, sculpture, ceramics, jewelry, fiber, glass, woodwork, photography, folk art and more!

2. Birding Belle Isle

Sunday, July 13
8am-11am
Ralph Wilson Gateway & Trail

Join in for this monthly walk to observe and identify the migratory and resident birds of Belle Isle! Your guide will take time to discuss identifying features, habitats and what makes these birds unique. All experience levels are welcome, and a limited number of binoculars are available for loan. This event is FREE, but preregistration is required.

3. Blue Water Festival

Thursday-Saturday, July 10-12

Downtown Port Huron

The 101st Port Huron to Mackinac Island Sailboat race begins Saturday, and to get it started there's the Blue Water Festival, now underway. What started as a sailor send-off has grown into a four-day community celebration with live music, street food, and family activities.

4. Blake's Lavender Festival

Friday-Sunday, July 11–13 & 18-20
12pm-5pm Friday, 10am-8pm Saturday, 10am-5pm Sunday
Blake's Orchard & Cider Mill, Armada

Immerse yourself in tranquil orchards and stroll the open-air marketplace featuring 200+ Michigan artisans, plus dreamy orchard views, chill vibes, and all the lavender-scented everything. Stroll the fields, sip summer-y craft drinks, and try lavender ice cream and lemonade and other treats, like lavender infused beer and hard cider. Bring the kids for a petting farm, inflatables, family-friendly activities. Purchase tickets.

5. Hippie Fest in the Village

Saturday-Sunday, July 12-13
11am-7pm
Canterbury Village in Lake Orion

Celebrating peace, love, and all things groovy in beautiful Canterbury Village this weekend. Hippie Fest will have live music, bubble fun, tarot readers, a huge bohemian market, and lots of tie dye! Saturday's headliner is Magic Bus and Sunday, it's "Street Angel" - Michigan's Stevie Nicks Experience.
