OAKLAND COUNTY (WWJ) -- A "90 Day Fiancé" star from Michigan is facing some legal trouble...
Ben Rathbun, of Fraser, was arrested just past midnight on Tuesday for violating probation.
TMZ reports that the 52-year-old's arrest stems from 2020 when he was arrested on one count of OWAI, or operating while ability impaired. He was sentenced to 18 months of probation.
He was reportedly scheduled for a probation violation hearing in February, but when he failed to appear, the judge issued a bench warrant which led to his arrest.
Rathbun’s bond was set for $10,000, per TMZ. However, according to Oakland County Jail records, he was bonded out at around 6 p.m. Tuesday.
The report said Rathbun will return to court March 21.
Rathbun stars on the current season of TLC's “90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days," in which his relationship with a 22-year-old woman from Peru has been followed.
