DEARBORN (WWJ) A Dearborn neighborhood started this morning in the dark amid a power outage.
The DTE Outage Map shows more than 900 homes and businesses were knocked off the grid near the Ford Rouge plant this morning.

The impacted area is bound by Miller Rd., Dearborn Street, The Woodmere Cemetery north to Cabot Street and Southern Street (but stops just south of the Holy Cross Cemetery).
DTE said an equipment failure is to blame.
The power company estimates the restoration time as 10:30 a.m. Monday.
