(WWJ) – Another summer is winding down. Days are getting a little cooler, nights are a little shorter, and kids all over Michigan are cramming in all the fun the next week or so can hold before heading back to school.
The beginning of school is an exciting time for many kids – and parents. But it can also be a tough, anxiety-stricken time. Especially for those with changing surroundings or even pre-existing anxiety disorders or mental health conditions.
On a new Daily J podcast, WWJ's Zach Clark spoke to a couple of experts to get some top tips for students and parents this fall.
