CLINTON TOWNSHIP (WWJ) - Police are investigating a fatal crash involving two cars and a bicyclist.
Clinton Township Police said the crash happened on Harper Avenue, south of Metropolitan Parkway at approximately 6:42 p.m. on Nov. 22.
Police said the initial investigation found that the bicyclist was riding in the northbound lane of Harper Avenue. The two vehicles involved, a 2019 Dodge Charger and 2018 Jeep Compass, remained on the scene.
The bicyclist died, but it is not known at this time if it was on the scene or at a hospital.
Police said alcohol didn’t appear to be a factor, but have not released many details about the crash.
The investigation is still ongoing.
