DETROIT (WWJ) -- A Detroit hairstylist was arrested on criminal charges after she allegedly pulled a gun during an argument with a client.

Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy announced Friday that 31-year-old Justice Angelique-Danielle Snell has been charged with one count each of felonious assault and felony firearm following an incident a week ago at her home on West Forest Ave., near The Lodge.

According to investigators, the victim, a 29-year-old Detroit woman, was at Snell’s home at around 10 p.m. Friday, March 6, when the two began arguing.

Officials said the argument centered on the bill for styling the victim’s hair.

During the heat of the dispute, Snell is accused of pulling a hanggun and pointing it directly at the victim.

Snell was scheduled to be arraigned Friday afternoon in 36th District Court.

She faces the possibility of several years in prison if she's convicted as charged.
