DEARBORN (WWJ) -- A Detroit man is facing a long list of charges after he fled a traffic stop in a stolen vehicle, according to police, leading to a crash that killed one person and injured three others.

According to the Wayne County Prosecutor's Office, 22-year-old Aisia Robinson of Detroit was killed in the crash on the night of August 23, when 21-year-old Marlon Desean Davis was behind the wheel.

A 21-year-old woman, a 21-year-old man and 16-year-old girl were hurt, prosecutors said.

At around 10:45 p.m. last Wednesday, Dearborn police officers were in the area of Oakman Boulevard and South Morrow Circle when they allegedly saw Davis speeding.

When police tried to pull him over, it's alleged that Davis fled, hitting two police cars with his vehicle before losing control and crashing into a utility pole in the intersection of Greenfield and Ford roads.

Davis and the four passengers in the vehicle he was driving were all taken by EMS to a hospital, where Robinson died of her injuries.

Davis is charged with the following ten counts: First-Degree Fleeing and Eluding, Reckless Driving Causing Death, Operating While License Suspended, Revoked, or Denied Causing Death, Receiving and Concealing a Motor Vehicle, Carrying a Concealed Weapon, and four counts of Felony Firearm.

Davis was arraigned in 19th District Court on Saturday and and given a $1 million cash/surety bond. He will be back in court for a probably cause conference set for Sept. 5.
