DETROIT (WWJ) – The search is on for a 61-year-old Detroit woman who hasn’t been seen in more than a week.
Detroit police officials say Geri White was last seen leaving her home in the 3700 block of Vicksburg – near Grand River and Dexter on the city’s west side – on Friday, Sept. 30.
Circumstances surrounding her disappearance remain unclear, but police officials say White left that day and never returned.
Police describe White as a 61-year-old woman, approximately 5-foot-6, 210 lbs., with graying shoulder length hair and brown eyes.
Authorities are asking anyone who has seen Geri White or knows of her whereabouts to call the Detroit Police Department’s 10th Precinct at 313-596-1001.
