DETROIT (WWJ) Detroit Police are asking for tips from the public to help a missing boy return home safely.
Mario Patton Moore, 11, was last seen Sunday afternoon at his home on Burlingame (3200 block) in the area of I-96 and the Davison at approximately 2:30.
His mother told police she went upstairs for a few minutes, and when she came back down, she noticed Mario's shoes were missing and Mario was gone.
He is 4'9" with a low haircut. He was last seen wearing a black T-shirt, blue shorts and Nike sandals.
His family says he is in good physical and mental health.
