DETROIT (WWJ) Detroit Police said they have recovered a one-year-old Detroit boy who had been missing for two days.
In a statement released Sunday around 8:18 p.m., police said Malachi Leone Taylor has been found.
Police said Malachi had last been seen on Thursday (7/25) on Guilford Street (3600 block) at Windsor, in the area of Mack and Cadieux on the city's east side. According to police, Malachi's parents failed to surrender him to Child Protective Services per a court order.
He's described as 2'10" and 30 lbs. with black hair and brown eyes.
Police did not say where he was found, or give any further details about the disappearance.
