(WWJ) The Detroit Police Department in locating a suspect in a carjacking on the city's west side.
Police say the victim, 53, got his black Volvo S-60 stuck in the snow in the area of Joy and Vaughn on Monday, February 15. The suspect helped the victim get out of the bank, then asked to be taken to the market located in the area of W. Warren and Greenfield.
After arriving at the market, the victim exited the car and went into the business with the vehicle running. The suspect went to the driver's side and drove away, according to Detroit Police.
Two days later, the victim's car was recovered in the area of Rutland and Majestic.
