DETROIT (WWJ) -- Detroit Police are again reaching out for tips from the public as they search for a suspect still at large after a fatal shooting on the city's east side.
Police say Jevante Lynn, 24, and an unknown man were called to the murder scene by a female suspect.
According to police, the shooting happened on McLellan at Lessing, near Mack, on Monday, December 23, 2024. When officers arrived, they found a man in his 20s dead with multiple gunshot wounds.
The suspects fled in a dark-colored SUV.

No information was released about the circumstances leading up to the shooting, or about a possible motive.
Police said that a female suspect in the case was arrested.
As of March 26, 2025, police were continuing to search for Lynn.
