DETROIT (WWJ) - DPD has thrown down the gauntlet to the Columbus Police Department ahead of the big game.

Detroit Police Chief James White has proposed a wager against the Columbus Police on the outcome of the Michigan and Ohio State game tomorrow.

“If Michigan wins, as expected, your command team has to wear Michigan swag and post it on social media,” White said. “If Ohio State wins, my command team will wear Ohio State swag and post it on social media. It’s on.”

No word from the Columbus Police on whether they accept the challenge.

The UM vs. OSU game starts at noon in Ann Arbor.
