FARMINGTON HILLS (WWJ) - Police were at the scene of a fatal Saturday morning traffic crash along 12 Mile Road in Farmington Hills, authorities said.
Farmington Hills police told WXYZ that officers responded to reports of the crash along 12 Mile Road, in between Inkster and Middlebelt, around 7 a.m. on Oct. 15.
Sgt. Allen of the Farmington Hills Police Department said police worked the scene of the fatal wreck, closing the eastbound lanes of 12 Mile as they investigated the crash.
As of 1 p.m., the route was reopened to traffic.
Details surrounding the crash were not immediately available. Information about the victim or victims remains unclear at this time.
