The FBI captured a fugitive in Oak Park after finding what they call incriminating evidence on his Instagram account.
Agents raided the apartment of Keyon Fails on suspicion that he had guns and ammo -- which are both prohibited due to his status as a felon.
On the kitchen counter, police said they found a loaded weapon next to an elaborate necklace, which he was seen wearing on Instagram pictures. Next to the pistol was a pendant necklace inscribed with "Big Key."
That's the nickname Fails uses for music videos on YouTube, where he's known as "Fwc Big Key." It's also part of his Instagram username: "bigmoney.bigkey."
"Further, the "Big Key" pendant found next to the pistol appears to be the same pendant necklace that Fails can be seen wearing in photos posted to his Instagram account," an FBI agent wrote in Thursday's court filing, per freep.com.
Fails is a fugitive because he's wanted in Texas for fraud. He is also currently on probation for prior felony convictions out of Ohio and is being supervised by the Michigan Department of Corrections.He was arrested and faces a detention hearing next week.
