PONTIAC (WWJ) -- One man is dead and three others are hospitalized after an early-morning shooting Tuesday in Pontiac.
Oakland County Sheriff's Office detectives are searching for the suspect or suspect still at large after the incident at around 12 a.m., in the North Hill Farms apartment complex on Fireside Lane, near Telegraph Rd.
Deputies arrived to investigate reports of a shooting to find four victims. One of them — a 22-year-old Pontiac man — wad found dead on Fireside Lane.
The wounded victims included a 23-year-old Pontiac man found in front of the apartments, and a 31-year-old Pontiac man found inside.
The fourth victim, a 27-year-old Pontiac man, was found nearby in the area of Cherry Hill and Fairmont, officials said.
All three surviving victims were taken to a local hospital where they were being treated for gunshot wounds that the sheriff's office said were not believed to be life-threatening.
At this time, a motive shot the violence is not known, and no suspects have been named or described.
