(WWJ) A Livonia woman could spend the rest of her life in prison after authorities say she intentionally set a house on fire, killing one person and injuring two more.

According to the Wayne County Prosecutor's Office, 31-year-old Cinamon Charmaine Rigmaiden was upset over a breakup with her boyfriend when she poured accelerant on the porch and started the fire, in the 6000 block of Seminole Street in Detroit, Monday night.

Inside the house were 53-year-old Tina Dorrough, who died in the fire, as well as an unnamed 57-year-old man, and a 65-year-old woman, who were seriously injured.

Rigmaiden's ex-boyfriend, who'd recently broken up with her, was not at home at the time, officials said.

After allegedly lighting the fire, at around 11:15 p.m. on June 3, investigators said Rigmaiden fled the area

Members of the Detroit and the Hamtramck fire department responded, put the fire out, and pronounced Dorrough dead at the scene. The two surviving victims were taken to a local hospital for treatment.

Rigmaiden was arrested by Livonia Police the next day and was turned over to the Detroit Police Department.

She is charged with one count of Felony Murder, two counts of Assault with Intent to Murder, three counts of First-Degree Arson, and one count of Third-Degree Arson.

"Since when is the solution in the breakup of a relationship setting fire to an occupied house?," said Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy, in a statement. "The alleged actions of the defendant in this case are beyond reprehensible. As a result, there were three innocent victims."

Rigmaiden was arraigned Friday afternoon in 36th District Court and was remanded to jail without bond. She will be back in court for a probable cause conference, set for June 14.
