Man arrested as authorities seize hallucinogenic mushrooms, LSD, other drugs in St. Clair County raid
PORT HURON (WWJ) – A St. Clair County man is behind bars after an investigation led to the discovery of a large amount of drugs at a home in Port Huron.
Officials with the sheriff's office say the St. Clair County Drug Task Force concluded an investigation into the sale of hallucinogenic mushrooms last week, leading to the arrest of 43-year-old Cameron Redlowski, the target of the investigation.
After a long investigation authorities executed a search warrant on Dec. 12 at a home on Pearl Street.
During a search of the home, authorities found "a large quantity" of not only psilocybin mushrooms, but also LSD, analogs, a pill press, drug cutting agents, a handgun, cash, packaging and a scale.
Redlowski was arraigned Friday on charges of delivery/manufacture of ecstasy and narcotics, felony firearm, creation/delivery of an analogue, possession of a firearm by a felon, possession of ammunition by a felon and maintaining a drug house.
He was given a $100,000 bond. His next court date was not disclosed.
