(WWJ) A young man from Ann Arbor is facing ten felony charges — including murder — in connection with a double shooting in South Lyon.
According to police, 19-year-old Fadi Jesus Zeineh shot and killed 17-year old Dylan Stamper and wounded Stamper's father last Wednesday at their home on Liberty Street, in the area of 10 Mile Rd. and Pontiac Trail.
The dad, who was shot multiple times, was last reported in critical but stable condition at a local hospital.
Following an investigation by South Lyon Police and the Oakland Couhty Sheriff's Office, Zeineh was identified as the alleged shooter. He turned himself into the Ann Arbor Police Department early in he morning of Jan. 1, and was lodge in the Oakland County Jail.
Along with the murder charge, Zeineh was arraigned in 52-1 District Court in Novi Monday on attempted murder, armed robbery and weapons charges. Bond was denied, and a probable cause conference was scheduled for Jan. 13.
Meanwhile, South Lyon Police said they are still looking for a person who drove the getaway car away from the scene. The suspect vehicle is a 2011 Ford Escape, with Michigan license plate EFH6360
