(WWJ) A Royal Oak man has been charged with indecent exposure following an incident at a car dealership Thursday evening in Rochester Hills.
The Oakland County Sheriff's Office said 40-year-old Rahul Mitra was arrested outside FOX Volkswagen, in the 700th block of Rochester Road, after a call came in about a suspicious person.
Deputies arrived to find Mitra in a car in the parking lot behind the dealership, wearing a silk mask, bondage gear and women's lingerie, without any pants.
The sheriff's office said Mitra was lying on the front seat of the car with the driver's side door open, and his genitals exposed.
Deputies ordered the Mitra out of the car, the scene was photographed, evidence was collected, and he was taken to the Oakland County Jail.
Mitra was arraigned in 52-3 District Court on Friday and received a $2,000 personal bond.
Indecent exposure is a misdemeanor that carries a penalty of up to three months in jail.
