
DEARBORN (WWJ) -- A man who allegedly groped a woman at a Dearborn Walmart is now free on bond.
The suspect, Marshal Dwight Brown, was charged in the alleged assault that happened on Thursday, June 23, at the store on 5851 Mercury Dr.
Brown was allegedly captured on surveillance video inappropriately touching the woman, who began a struggle. He then fled the scene in a white SUV.
Dearborn police say they caught Brown after numerous tips from the public. He was arrested in Lyon Township, reports Fox 2 Detroit.
Brown was arraigned on charges of 4th Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct. He has been released on a $5,000 bond, but is due back in court on July 1.
