Authorities said the three suspects committed the burglary on Feb. 2 at an address on Fish Lake Road in Holly Springs Township. They entered through an unlocked door of the home at approximently 2 a.m. and confronted the homeowner with an AK style pistol. One suspect held the victim at gunpoint while the two other suspects took a firearm from the home. All three fled the property in the homeowner's 2014 Chevrolet Silverado truck.

There was no physical description released of the suspects, other than they were wearing ski masks and gloves at the time of the crime.

However, police described the homeowner's truck as very distractive -- the red Silverado has black stripes on the hood and tailgate along with a tonneau cover, black rims and a white "C" sticker on driver's side back window. The truck was also hooked up to a black landscaping trailer.

The investigation remains ongoing and the homeowner was reported to be unhurt.

Anyone in the community who has any information about this crime or believes they know where the victim's truck is has been asked to call Trooper S. Williams at the Metro North Post 248-584-5740.
