(DETROIT) The Michigan State University Spartans and the University of Michigan Wolverines will battle it out on the football field in their annual rivalry Saturday evening.
Fans across Michigan will be showing their support for their favorite team— including the babies in the NICU at DMC Sinai-Grace and Children’s Hospital of Michigan in Detroit.
