One person is dead and three others are wounded after a shooting in Detroit.

Police say the incident unfolded just before 11 p.m. Monday near Woodrow Wilson Drive and West Davison. Four men were traveling east on West Davison in a red Chevy Camaro when a black Tahoe pulled up alongside.

The shooter -- or shooter --in the Tahoe opened fire, striking all four victims. The Tahoe sped off in an unknown direction.

The Camaro driver was fatally hit and pronounced dead at the scene, with the other victims taken to an area hospital in temporary serious condition.

An investigation is ongoing and police have not revealed if the victims knew each other or if it was a random crime.
